INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION

Work that drafts itself. Humans that approve.

We layer AI workflows on the slow, repeatable work (drafting, reconciling, summarizing) on top of your Petrinex, AER, SEDAR+, and accounting feeds, with humans gating every action.

WHAT WE BUILD

What you walk away owning

Workflow audit

An inventory of the slow, repeatable work that's a candidate for automation. We name the candidates and rank them.

Agent + tool stack

A working agent wired to your tools, scoped to the workflows the audit named.

Human-on-loop UI

A simple review surface where your team approves, edits, or rejects every action.

Documentation + handoff

Runbooks, prompts, and a recorded walkthrough so your team owns the system.

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

§.01

Audit the slow parts

A focused audit. We name the candidates.

§.02

Design the workflow

Where AI helps, where humans gate.

§.03

Wire the tools

In your stack. With logs.

§.04

Document and hand off

Runbooks, prompts, and a recorded walkthrough.

FAQ

Common questions.

Where does our data go?

Through providers your team already approves. We default to API providers with no-train data agreements (Anthropic, OpenAI Enterprise). Sensitive data stays in your stack; only the minimum context is sent to the model.

Which models do you use?

We pick per workflow. Claude for long-context drafting and review, GPT-class for tool-use and structured output, smaller open models for high-volume internal tasks. We name the choice in the architecture memo.

What happens if the agent does the wrong thing?

It can't, by design. Every action our agents take is gated by a human-on-loop UI. The model proposes, your operator approves. Logs are kept on every action.

Can we run this without the cloud provider you set up?

Yes. We pick infrastructure your team can run, and we include the deployment runbook in the handoff. No vendor lock-in by us.

How long until something is live?

Depends on scope. The first wired workflow is usually live early in the engagement; the full system follows. We share a concrete estimate after the diagnostic call.

GLOSSARY

Terms we use.

Agent

A workflow built around a language model that can call tools, take actions, and return structured output, wired to a specific job.

Tool use

The pattern of giving a model functions it can invoke (read a sheet, send an email, query the warehouse) instead of asking it to imagine the answer.

Human-on-loop

A review surface where every consequential action proposed by the agent is approved by a human before it runs.

Workflow

A repeatable sequence of work with named inputs, outputs, and owners. Automatable; not a black box.

Put the slow work on autopilot, safely.

Engagements are scoped to non-restricted advisory work consistent with applicable Canadian securities exemptions. Nothing on this page is investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell securities.
