ABOUT

We were on your side
of the table.

Giggli Labs is a Calgary-based consulting firm. We help public companies become more findable, to investors typing your ticker into Google, to analysts using ChatGPT or Claude to research your sector, and to the new wave of AI assistants that increasingly answer questions about issuers before anyone clicks a link. We rebuild your website, your structured data, and the way you publish so the right people find you and quote you accurately. We also offer data analysis, BI dashboards, and process automation as additional consulting. Our team has hands-on experience in the Canadian energy sector (upstream, midstream, downstream) and a working sense of how investors read it. We bring that perspective to every website and investor narrative we build.

ORIGIN

How we
started.

2026 · the start

Giggli Labs was founded to give small-cap public companies and growth-stage teams the kind of strategic help that bigger firms rarely deliver well at this scale. Most of our depth is in the Canadian energy sector. We know upstream operations, midstream infrastructure, downstream economics, and how the people who buy energy stocks decide what to buy. The thesis is simple: a public company’s biggest visibility gap is rarely strategy. It’s the daily, compounding work of being findable, understood, and quoted accurately by the people who matter.

With AI on the table, that grind is finally addressable at a price these teams can afford.

founding thesis

the pivot

The pivot to AI-native consulting wasn't ideological. It was practical. We use language models on our own work daily (drafting internal memos, summarizing transcripts, building briefs) and the leverage is real. Not "transformative." Just hours back in the week. So we build those workflows for clients, with humans on the loop and documentation good enough to outlast us.

what we are for

We believe operators deserve consultants who don't sell decks. Who write down what they build. Who name an end date and ship by it. That's what Giggli Labs is for.

Scope of services

What we don’t do.

For clarity, on a regulated topic, here is the line we don’t cross.

§.01

We are not a registered investment dealer or adviser.

§.02

We do not give advice on whether to buy, hold, or sell securities.

§.03

We do not draft, review, or sign off on continuous-disclosure documents (MD&A, AIF, news releases for material change, technical reports).

§.04

We do not opine on the adequacy of issuer disclosure.

§.05

We work alongside your existing IR firm, reserves evaluator, auditor, and legal counsel.

PRINCIPLES

Three principles, plainly stated.

How we approach every engagement. Filed under practice.

I
§.01
STAFFING

Operators do the work.

The senior who scopes your engagement is the senior who delivers it. We do not staff associates onto partner-rate work.

margin note

"No middle layer."

II
§.02
DELIVERABLE

Documentation is the deliverable.

If we leave and your team cannot run the workflow on its own, the engagement is not finished. The runbook is the product. Slides, dashboards, and demos are byproducts.

margin note

"Written, not narrated."

III
§.03
POSTURE

AI is the tool, not the strategy.

We deploy AI where it compounds: drafting, reconciling, summarizing. We do not sell "AI transformation." We sell hours returned to your team and workflows that hold up after we leave. Humans stay on the loop for every consequential action.

margin note

"Tool, not totem."

No status decks.

We send a Friday memo. Bullets, decisions, what shipped.

No silent weeks.

If a week passes without a read-out, something is wrong.
