Help your investorsfind you.

When someone Googles your ticker or asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity about your company, the answer should come from your own published materials. We rebuild your website, your investor materials, and the way you publish so the right people find you, understand you, and quote you accurately.

What is Giggli Labs?

Giggli Labs is a Calgary-based consulting firm. We help public companies, primarily on TSXV, CSE, and Cboe Canada, become more discoverable to investors and to AI search assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. We rebuild your website, your structured data, and the way you publish so the people researching your company get an accurate answer, drawn from your own materials.

We bring a thorough understanding of the Canadian energy sector (upstream production, midstream infrastructure, and the downstream end where barrels turn into revenue) and a clear sense of how investors read these businesses. That shapes the websites and investor materials we build: they surface what makes a company worth a closer look, in language analysts and AI assistants can quote cleanly.

What we do

We make sure investors and AI assistants can find your company.

In 2026, investors and analysts increasingly start their research with AI. They ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity about your company before they ever click into your IR site. If your website was built for 2018 search engines, you are quietly being left out of every answer.

We fix the public-facing surface that decides whether you get found, understood, and quoted, or skipped over.

What we ship
  • A website AI assistants quote

We rebuild your IR site, page structure, and metadata so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews can find and accurately quote your publicly available pages, leadership, and category, not paraphrase you incorrectly.

  • Investor materials that read both ways

Decks, fact sheets, leadership bios, and news releases rewritten so the same story works for the analyst on a call and the AI assistant looking up your ticker.

  • A publishing rhythm you can keep

A weekly cadence that turns each announcement, filing, and update into a citation that compounds. Built so your team can run it after we leave.

What if I need more than a website?

We also build the data systems behind the website.

Many of our clients hire us for visibility first, then come back for the data work. Other clients come straight to us for the data work. Either is fine. If the slow part of your business is what gets reported, not what gets published, here’s what else we do.

How does an engagement work?

One engagement. Three phases.

We diagnose what’s slow, build the system that fixes it, and hand off a runbook your team can run on its own. No retainer. No open-ended scope. Fixed scope, fixed price after the diagnostic call.

01

Diagnose

A 30-minute call, a working session, and a written audit. We name the slow parts, scope the build, and quote a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.

02

Build

We embed with your team and ship the system, website, investor materials, dashboards, pipelines, or workflows, wired into the stack you already use. Your team is in every working session.

03

Hand off

A runbook checked into your repository, clear enough that your team operates the system without calling us. We stay close while it beds in, then close the engagement.

Recent work

IR · TSXV

TSXV-listed energy company.

Rebuilt the IR site and structured data so investors and AI assistants land on the right pages and quote the company accurately. Publishing rhythm handed off to the in-house team.

OPS · Public co.

Public company on a Canadian exchange.

Rebuilt the operational and financial data layer so the monthly close and board pack stopped relying on spreadsheets. Documentation handed off.

For operators

If your monthly close is the slow part, start here.

Who hires us?

Three situations where we help most.

IR

You went public, and now nobody can find you.

Analyst coverage hasn't caught up. Investors who type your ticker into ChatGPT or Perplexity get vague answers. We rebuild the public surface so search engines and AI assistants describe you accurately, with the words you would use yourself.

IR

Your IR site still ranks, but the clicks stopped.

Google's AI Overview answers the question before anyone visits. The visitors who do arrive are unconvinced. We rewrite the surface AI engines pull from so the answer they give is drawn from your published materials, on the record.

OPS

Your team needs clean numbers to defend in the boardroom.

Your monthly close drags. Your board pack is held together by spreadsheets. The data person who built the pipeline left. We rebuild the data layer, dashboards, and runbook your team needs, without selling you a multi-year retainer.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the project. But here is how we price.

Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price. We quote one number, in writing, after a 30-minute diagnostic call. No retainers. No hourly billing. No scope creep.

  • A diagnostic-only engagement

A scoped audit of where you sit today (website, structured data, content rhythm, or data systems) plus a written report and roadmap. We can deliver this on its own if you want a second opinion before committing to a build.

  • A full build

The website rebuild, the publishing system, and the handoff. Or, on the data side, the warehouse, the dashboards, and the runbook. Quoted as one fixed price after the diagnostic.

  • Combined engagements

If you need both the visibility work and the data work, we scope them as one project with a single price. Most of our larger engagements look like this.

Common questions

What people ask before booking.

Honest answers to the things every founder, CFO, and IR officer asks us on the first call. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Are you replacing my IR firm?

No. We make your IR materials machine-readable and AI-quotable. Your IR firm continues running quarterly cadence, wire distribution, and capital-markets relationships. We work alongside them; most teams keep both.

Are you a registered investment adviser?

No. Giggli Labs is not a registered investment dealer, adviser, or securities issuer. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell securities. Engagements are scoped to non-restricted advisory work consistent with applicable Canadian securities exemptions.

Can my team run the system after you leave?

Yes. The runbook is the deliverable. Documentation is checked into your repository, your team is in every working session, and we stay close while the system beds in. The point of the engagement is that you do not need us afterward.

Where does our data go when AI workflows touch it?

Through providers your team already approves. We default to API providers with no-train data agreements (Anthropic, OpenAI Enterprise). Sensitive data stays in your stack. Only the minimum context required is sent to the model. Logs are retained per the runbook so you can audit every action.

What if I just need data work, not the website?

Fine. Many clients hire us for the data side only. The visibility work is our most common starting point, but it is not a prerequisite. We will scope whichever piece of work you actually need.

Do you work outside Western Canadian energy?

Yes. Most of our experience is in junior oil and gas and operator-led private energy companies in Western Canada, that is what we know best. But the methods travel. If you are a public company that needs to be more findable, or an operator that needs cleaner data, we can usually help.
